The biggest struggle I have seen women face with weight loss is emotional eating or binge eating.  
It shows up in a few ways:
 
1. Eating a good breakfast and lunch then by the evening everything goes down hill 

2. The week starts off great! Monday you wake up dedicated. All your food is prepped for the week.  You have your workout days planned. All week you did great and didn't "give into temptation." Your will power was strong. But, the weekend comes. It's time to go to dinner with friends and significant other. You promise your self just 1 drink and 1 "cheat meal." Before you know it, the whole weekend is a "cheat." 

3. You last 2 weeks on a diet or healthy life style. You can't take it any longer and go into the "fuck its." Loosing and gaining the same 5 to 10lbs.

4. You try to eat healthy BUT when stress kicks in - food becomes the coping mechanism. Either emotional eating in the moment, or having huge binges at night.

Hi, My name is Jessica Lozano and I know what it’s like to be a chronic yo -yo dieter, feeling uncomfortable in my skin, and suffer from binge eating disorder. 
 
My weight loss journey started at 17 years old. I saw myself in a family vacation picture from Costa Rica. I was SHOCKED. My belly was huge and my face looked swollen. I decided to try a fitness competition to lose the weight, which only led me to binge eating disorder for 4 years. And of course regaining all the 30lbs I lost and then some!
 
At 21 I overcame BED through some internal work. I wish it stopped at that point but it didn’t. For 6 years I was still stuck in dieting searching for 6 packs abs that would never happen unless i went to extremes. Always seeking to weigh 110lbs. One day I was sick of the multiple dieting fails, regaining the weight, and always feeling not good enough. 
 
That’s when I took a deeper look at what really matters, it was being healthy - nutritionally, physically, emotionally, and mentally. So I ditched the diet for good, exercise for the love of it, and worked on my mental health and spirituality.
 
Now, I am binge eating free and accomplished the body of my dreams! I’ve kept 25lbs off my body and built strong sexy muscle all over! Most importantly I have freedom with food and body that led me to a level of happiness I never thought was possible. I have dedicated my life to helping women accomplish the same!

Phase 1: Rewire the Brain

Phase 3: Nutrition for Weight Loss

Third phase - I will teach you nutrition for weight loss by learning how to eat with balance, based on the foods you love like cookie and pizza. But also making sure you nourish your body with yummy whole foods. This is a balanced approach to weight loss that will give you long term SUSTAINABLE RESULTS.  You'll also learn what foods work best with your body type, how to listen to your hunger cues, meal planing and food prepping.

Yes girl! I will modify workouts to meet your fitness level needs. 
What if I don't have a gym membership?
No problem, I offer workouts for both the gym and at home too.
What if I only have 30 minutes to workout?
I got you - workouts are catered toy our time limitations as well. 
Do I have to complete the course in 12 weeks
No, you will have life time access to the course and free upgrades that are made! However, I do encourage you to get through it, by the end of our 12 weeks together. 
How many coaching calls do I get?
You will get 1 coaching call a week, with 24/7access to me with text messages and emails. 
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You will have a couple of options when you complete WLM, you can join my Weight Loss Mastery graduate group where I host weekly group coaching calls.  With this option there is no more 24/7 support via text message, only in the FB community.   Or we can continue our journey together!  However, when our 12 weeks together are done you will have everything you need to be successful on your own!
